MIAMI, FL — Pumpfun creator and self-described “engagement king” $DegenDan is facing a full-blown liquidity crisis after refusing to suck a homeless man’s toes live on stream — a move his viewers say caused “irreparable harm” to the project.
“Bro, you have to do it for the bags,” spammed one viewer as the chat filled with sell orders. “This isn’t about hygiene. It’s about community trust.”
Dan initially attempted to negotiate, offering to lick a sidewalk instead, but the chat was relentless. “Sidewalk is bearish,” one user posted. “Toes or zero.”
By the time Dan officially declined the request, the token’s market cap had dropped 80%, leaving top holders furious. “He had a clear path to $5M MC,” said user @bitchcoin. “All he had to do was put those dogs in his mouth hole. That’s free engagement alpha.”
Even Pumpfun founder Alon weighed in, insisting this is exactly what Project Ascend was meant to achieve.
“This is the future of Web3,” Alon said in a serious tone. “I didn’t rewrite the fee structure so people could make tokens about ‘hope’ and ‘community.’ I did it so creators could farm engagement by deciding whether to tongue-bathe homeless feet live on stream.”
At press time, Dan had been spotted launching a new token called $REDEMPTION, promising to “go even lower” if the chart goes higher.
